So my purpose in going to All American Hearing was to check out what they offered in hearing aids. Having checked out the reviews of several other audiology companies, I felt that this one had some potential advantages. My husband and I were not disappointed. The audiologist took a great amount of time to explain the test results from the previous facility in detail and answer any questions. She was very courteous, did not push her ideas on us, was patient, and carefully explained why one type of hearing aid would work better with my hearing loss than another type. Having never had any experience with hearing aids, the appointment was very informative and educational. I will definitely be returning to purchase hearing aids as soon as they see how much my insurance will contribute. They have you return three times during the first month to progressively fine tune your new "ears".
